Your business name and email at signup; client, job, estimate, and billing information you enter; and information submitted by prospects through your public contact page.
If you send us your contact or business details through a form on this site, we use them to reply to you and to tell you about our services. We may share them with FindUniverse companies, our affiliates, and partners we work with to provide or offer those services. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing info@aitobuilders.com.
To provide the service -- storing your data, sending emails on your behalf (login links, lead acknowledgments, invoices), and processing payments.
We use Cloudflare to host the service and store its data, Resend to send emails, and Stripe to process payments. The AI members of your roster reason with Anthropic's Claude models through our own service: the records a request needs are sent for that answer, and nothing the AI drafts is sent to anyone until a person at your business approves it. When someone at your business speaks into the mic, the recording goes to OpenAI through the same service to be written down; we keep the recording for 30 days so the owner and admins can hear it, then delete it. The owner can delete one sooner, and a recording is never sent to a client or the crew. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.
Connecting Google is optional and only the business's owner can do it. We ask Google for the least we need: to see when your chosen calendars are busy, to list your calendars so you can choose them, to add and change the events we create (site visits and job dates) -- never events we didn't create -- and to send email from your address. We do not ask to read your inbox. Your Google sign-in is kept encrypted, and disconnecting revokes it at Google at once.
AI to Builders' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only to provide the features you turned on; we never use it for advertising, never sell it, and never use it to train AI models -- ours or anyone's. Information from Google is sent to our AI only to do work you asked for, and nothing is sent from your address until a person at your business approves it. No person at our company reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, and then only as recorded below.
Our engineers can reach the database your records are kept in. We open a business's records only to give support the business asked for, or with its permission. Each time, the access and its reason are recorded first, and the business's owner sees that record in the product, at Settings › Business Profile.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data by writing to info@finduniverse.ai from the email on the account. We answer within 30 days. Every business can also export its own records from the product at any time, including after a trial ends.
If you are a client or lead of a business that uses AI to Builders, that business decides what is kept about you; write to them first, or to us and we will pass it on.
